Every launch follows the same model

Each launch fixes its USD target at creation, enough to buy the entire Pump.fun curve plus a margin. Contributors share the whole dev buy, about 79.31% of the one billion token supply, in the order they paid: as on the Pump.fun bonding curve, an earlier dollar gets more tokens than a later one. The remaining 20.69% goes to the PumpSwap pool and its LP tokens are burned. Any SOL left over returns to contributors: each one first gets enough to pay to sell, and the rest follows the price each dollar paid, so a later dollar gets more SOL back.

Contributions and matching

A contribution is accepted only when its memo, open launch, X-authorized token delivery address, and sender identity match. Send from the same X account you signed in with. There is no minimum or maximum contribution, except that payments too small to cover their own token delivery are refunded. Only the launch target limits the accepted amount. Excess funds, invalid payments, and payments that are never accepted are refunded in full.

Fees and refunds

Sized earns floor(accepted cents ÷ 100) as its contribution fee only when a launch goes live. If a launch does not happen, for any reason, the original sender receives the whole accepted amount back. The planned production refund target is one US banking business day. Contributions are not freely withdrawable during funding.

Supply and liquidity

Only accepted contributors receive tokens, by the position of each payment on the curve. The order is published in allocations.json. Remaining minted tokens go to permanently locked pool positions; Burn leaves the allocation above the launch price unminted. FDV uses actual minted supply. No tokens go to the creator, Sized, or the fee recipient. The LP vault has no withdrawal function.

Creator fees

Pump.fun sets the creator fee. Sized collects it on-chain, converts it to USD and pays it through X Money to the designated recipient, who must have a verified X Money account. Sized charges no separate swap fee.

Risks and eligibility

Tokens can lose value, including substantially or entirely. A liquidity lock does not guarantee value, returns, or market demand. The planned payment route requires eligible X Money users in the US; current product policy also specifies X Premium. Third-party approvals, payment-route verification, legal review, and contract audits must be completed before real-fund operation.

Before public operation

Final terms will identify the operator, legal entity, applicable eligibility requirements, dispute procedures, and payment commitments after qualified review. Launch creation and funding remain closed until operation is approved and activated.
