Data used by Sized

The application records identity IDs and handles, X-authorized token receiving addresses, launch metadata, payment memos and amounts, allocations, refunds, and payout records.

Public records

Launches, handles, abbreviated wallets, contribution amounts, and trading activity may appear publicly in the product. Onchain distribution makes recipient wallets and token amounts public. Allocation and transparency files are public after graduation.

Authentication

The X OAuth flow requests identity access. You enter and confirm a receiving address for token delivery; Sized does not verify control of that address. The app does not ask for wallet private keys, seed phrases, or banking credentials.

Payment information

In the intended production design, X Money and Kraken handle bank information. Sized stores transaction identifiers and evidence needed to match payments, prevent duplicate credit, reconcile balances, and resolve claims. Real settlement is not activated merely by signing in with X.

Retention and corrections

Financial and audit records are append-only. Corrections use reversing entries rather than deletion. The plan specifies two-year retention of inbound evidence and screenshots for audit, followed by anonymization where permitted; the finalized policy will reconcile required retention with applicable rights.

Preferences and control

You may remove saved receiving addresses for future payments and manage fee payouts in My account. Existing contributions preserve their original recipient wallet and sender identity. Revocation does not erase public-chain or financial audit records.

Final policy

Before real funds are accepted, the policy must identify the operator, contact channel, legal grounds, processors, security practices, transfers, and applicable access or deletion procedures. X sign-in and saved receiving addresses are available while launch creation and contributions remain closed.
